Phone call about a legal matter with no real company name

I got a call from someone named Rachel Bradshaw with "document services." She said she had a reference number 110-7542 and that they took over some matter I need to handle right away. She said they already sent a letter to my old address and if I didn't get it I need to call 866-531-3340 to get a certified copy.

She kept asking if I had questions about the file. It felt really strange and pushy. No real company name, no actual details about what the matter is. Just a phone number to call. I didn't call it. I don't owe any money or have any legal stuff going on. Just a weird phishing call.
