Voicemail about a legal notice with no company name

So I got this voicemail on my husband’s phone. Some woman named Sophia Marshall said she’s with document services. She said this is a formal notice about a noncompliance notice being filed against him. She gave a reference number 95011 and said if he didn’t get something in the mail he should call the litigation office right away.

She said this complaint could move forward legally without his consent in one to two business days. She gave a number to call, 888-228-6563. No real company name, no proof of anything. Just a voicemail trying to scare him. I don’t know who these people are but it felt off.
