Voicemail about a noncompliance notice with no paper trail

Got a call the other day but they didn’t leave a voicemail right away. Then I checked and there was a message from a woman named Valerie Jimenez saying she’s with Document Services. She said my name and gave a reference number.

She claimed it was a formal notice about some noncompliance thing being filed against me. Said if I didn’t get it in the mail I should call the litigations office right away at 866-439-2095. Then she said this complaint could move forward legally without my okay in one to two business days.

I have no idea what this is about. Never got any paper notice. The whole thing felt strange and pushy. No company name on anything except Document Services. Phone number was 804-327-4385.

Phone call about a legal notice with no company info

Got a call from someone named Valerie Jimenez saying she was with Document Services. She left a message about some noncompliance notice being filed against me. Said I needed to call the litigations office at 866-439-2095 about a reference number 238-822-1.

She said if I didn't get the notice by mail I should call to get a copy sent certified. Then she said this complaint could move forward legally without my consent in 1 to 2 business days. That part didn't make sense to me. No company name on anything really. Just a phone number and a person's name.

This is a formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice that is being filed against you. I got this voicemail out of nowhere. They didn't say what company they were really from. Just "document services." And they used another phone number too, 1(407) 550-7815. It felt strange. I don't owe anything and I never got any notice in the mail. They just wanted me to call that 866 number back. I didn't call. It didn't make sense.
