Phone call about legal papers with a file number but no real company name

I got a phone call from someone named Stephanie saying she was from Documents Delivery Service. She said they had legal documents for me and needed to deliver them to my home or job between 8am and 4pm. She gave me a file number D as in Delta A as in Alpha352873 and an address CI Box 1000.

She said they would only try two times and if I didnt sign they would just move forward without me. Then she told me to call some legal firm at (866) 471-3282 if I had questions. The whole thing felt off. No company name I could look up, just a phone number. I didnt call them back.
