Job on DOFT website turned out to be a scam with fake broker
We were getting a job from the DOFT website and this man who said he was a broker named Leo Morgan told us we had to pay money to secure the job. We figured it had to be real because it was on the official DOFT website. But it was a scam.
He asked for my social security number which I did not give. Then he said if I didn’t give him that I needed to pay $395 more dollars to get the load. I didn’t pay that either. We did not get the job or our money back.
We are furious about DOFT letting this happen on their website. We just want our money back.
