Paid a $60 deposit for dog grooming and the person never showed up

I paid a deposit for dog grooming services to a person from Dundalk, MD. I sent the $60 by Zelle on November 24, 2025. She was supposed to come at the arranged time but never showed up.

I called the number, (256) 871-7716, and left a message. She called back and said her work vehicle broke down. Right then I cancelled the service and asked for my deposit back.

I still haven't gotten my $60 refunded. It hasn't been returned to me at all.
