Paid a dog trainer $1500 and then he disappeared

I found this guy on Yelp and paid him $1500 through Zelle for dog training. He gave me a few classes after he got the money, and then he just vanished. He blocked my phone number, my Instagram, my Facebook—everything. I can't reach him at all. He even changed his phone number. His number was (714) 971-7434 and the address he gave was 1 Tortoise Shell #202 in Irvine, CA. I'm out the full $1500.
