Dresses from their website looked nothing like what showed up

I ordered from donnasdresses.com because the website looked legit, nice women's dresses. But what I got in the mail is not what they showed. The dresses hang totally different and the material feels cheap. Not even close to the pictures.

Also they said shipped from UPS and it would be fast. But it came from China and took weeks to get here. The address they list is 15442 Ventura Boulevard Suite 201-2170 in Sherman Oaks but I think that's just a mailbox or something. I emailed [email protected] but no reply.
