Dress from Donna's Dresses looked nothing like the picture
When the dress finally arrived it was nothing like what I ordered. The color was bright red, not the "wine" shade shown on the site. The material was super cheap and the zipper was crooked. Just awful workmanship. It honestly looked like a Halloween costume.
I tried contacting their customer service email that came on a card in the package. It bounced back saying it didn't exist. Then I used the contact email on their website and asked for a return and refund. They replied asking for pictures. I tried to send them but got blocked. I also tried emailing them from the same thread like they asked and that got blocked too.
At least I paid through PayPal so I didn't have to give them my credit card number. Very disappointed in the whole thing.

Also they said shipped from UPS and it would be fast. But it came from China and took weeks to get here. The address they list is 15442 Ventura Boulevard Suite 201-2170 in Sherman Oaks but I think that's just a mailbox or something. I emailed [email protected] but no reply.
