Contractor took money for house addition and never finished

I hired Don Guthrie from Don's Remodel Services LLC to add an addition to my house. He took $90,000 from me for the job. He never finished the work.

I sent him written requests asking for my money back. He said no. Then he offered to do some work but nothing ever happened. I feel like he just took my money and made empty promises.

I don't want other people to go through this. His number is 406-926-9181.
