Ordered a package that was never delivered to my door

I ordered something from Dooney And Burke and they said it was delivered. But it wasn't. They left it sitting outside and took a picture of it and then someone stole it. The box says deliver to the door but they didn't do that. I called them and they told me they couldn't do nothing because it says delivered. So I lost $508.72 and they won't help. Their email is [email protected] and the address they gave is 661 W Lancaster Blvd, Unit 205, Lancaster, CA 93534. The phone number is 1(323) 530-8884. I feel like I was scammed.
