Sold fake dental insurance that paid nothing

I got a call from this number (205) 558-3254 about dental insurance. The lady said her name was Dori Evans and she emailed me from [email protected]. She said the plan would cover everything, cleanings, fillings, the works. I paid them $1500.

Then I went to the dentist and they said my insurance was no good. The claims were all denied. I called the number back and nobody answered. I emailed and got nothing back. The address they gave was 1550-K Montgomery Hay in Birmingham, AL but I don't even know if that's real. I just lost my money and got nothing.
