Bought a supplement with a money back guarantee but now they won't reply
After the second purchase and $430 later I decided it wasn't for me and wanted a refund. Communication got less and less. They won't give me an address to return the unused portion, a supervisor to talk to, or any info on how to fix this. First it was 3-4 days of 'be patient' then it turned into 4-7. Now it's been almost 2 months. I have every message saved. I've been reaching out 2-3 times a week. The last week they just quit replying at all.
I'm so frustrated. Such a shame to take advantage of people.
