Charged $39.95 for a subscription I never agreed to after paying $1.95 for a quiz

I used their website for a job matching quiz. I agreed to pay $1.95 for the results of the quiz, that was it.

One week later I see a charge for $39.95 on my card. It’s for a monthly subscription I did not agree to at all. There is no phone number to call for cancellation, only an email address. They have been really slow to cancel it. I am also not sure if I will get a refund for the $39.95.
