Paid over a thousand for a pool that never came

I found this company Drink-Armor.com through Google back on July 2nd, 2026. I was looking for an above ground pool for my grandkids and they had one that was 30x54. Paid them 1,085.20 for it. Everything seemed fine when I talked to them through email.

But the order never got mailed out. When I emailed them saying I was starting to think it was a scammer site, they said no it wasn't. Then I lost all communication. My emails wouldn't even go through anymore. Nothing.

I reported it to my bank Truist and they told me if they can't get my funds back then I'm just out of this money. I'm a single woman who works hard for my money, this is not right. My bank said they have until October 31st to try and get it back. I have all the emails saved, it just let me upload one. This has been so stressful, I'm just praying I get my money back.

Ordered an ATV for my granddaughter and never got it

I ordered an ATV from their website drink-armor.com on 6/29/2026. It said it would take 5-8 business days to arrive. It’s been way longer than that and I still haven’t gotten anything.

I’ve been tracking the order and it just says processing. Now when I go to their website it goes to some TikTok xxx site. Same thing on my granddaughters phone. I looked into the company and found out they are a fraud that just takes peoples money.

I’m very upset. This was supposed to be for my 10 year old granddaughter. I lost $517.00. Their phone number is (305) 707-3170 and the address they gave was 32 Taft St., Nutley, NJ 07110.

Refund promised but never showed up and nobody answers the phone

I was "initiated" a refund from this business and they told me I should see the funds in my account within 2-3 business days. So I waited and nothing happened. I reached out after that time period and got no response at all.

My bank told me they didn't even start the refund. So that was a lie. The phone number on the site, (305) 707-3170, nobody answers. When they did answer one time, they just hung up on me.

Lost $234. They have a website drink-armor.com and an address in Nutley, NJ but I don't know if that's real either.
