Ordered from Dripyox.com and never got my items or a refund

I bought something from Dripyox.com and never got it. I contacted them and at first they said they'd resend my order because their delivery service claimed it was delivered. But I have cameras at my house and nobody tried to deliver anything during that time. The reshipped items never showed up either.

I asked for the delivery service information and they wouldn't give it to me. Then they offered to give me 80% of my money back. I told them that wasn't acceptable and they agreed to a full refund. I waited the time they said it would take for the refund to process, but nothing came through.

I contacted them again to say I didn't get my money back. They only replied that they were "monitoring the issue due to force majeure." That doesn't make any sense to me. I have all the emails for proof. I'm out over $44.
