Got a threatening text about a fake Kentucky vehicle violation

I got a text message saying I had a vehicle violation in Kentucky. It said I needed to go to a website they linked and pay it off within 12 hours or my car would be repossessed. The website was https://drive-ky.org-sbfigk.homes/dmv. The text came from the phone number (639) 512-3234. It felt really threatening and off, because I don't have anything to do with Kentucky. I didn't pay anything, but the message was scary and seems like a scam pretending to be a government agency.
