Paid seven thousand dollars for a Shopify store and got nothing but lies a year later
But it’s been a year and I have nothing. They kept asking for more and more money and never set up any services. Every time I ask they promise to fix it. First they said someone had a death in the family. Then they said the person I was working with was not doing their job and got reassigned. Give them 60 more days. It’s all lies.
I asked for my money back. All I get are texts like “I hope this message finds you well” and “Can I call you now”. I say yes and nobody calls. I lost $7,000. Do not give them any money.
