Getting calls about a complaint filed against me, left messages with case numbers

My friend is getting calls about a complaint filed against me. One day it was from DS Processing, and then a couple days later from RD Processing. They leave messages stating a case number and say to call back at 866-471-2645.

But the calls came in from different numbers. One day it was 806-587-6208 and the other day it was 806-549-0859. He hasn't answered them, but they do leave messages. It just feels off getting these calls about a case I don't know anything about.
