Ordered crayons from an Instagram ad, got fake tracking and lost money

I saw an ad for twist crayons on Instagram and I ordered them for $16.99. After that, I got an email every few days saying the product was coming from Italy. The UPS tracking number they gave me was made up, it wasn't authentic.

I emailed the seller about it and they just told me to be patient. Nothing ever came. The total money lost was $33.65. Their phone is (000) 000-0000 and their email is [email protected]. It was an online purchase scam.
