Bought a dryer vent warranty and now they won’t answer
The services were supposed to be dryer vent cleaning, deep clean, sealing in the attic, sealing on the roof, remove any blockage, sanitizer, the 3 year warranty and the 3 free services.
I called them to make an appointment and someone answered at first. Then I called again and nobody picked up. They just said leave a message. I sent a text asking for my money back and nobody ever replied back to me. They took advantage of me and I am 62 years old woman.

Paid $1500 for dryer vent work and now no one answers the phone
That price was supposed to cover dryer vent cleaning, deep clean, sealing in the attic and on the roof, removing the blockage, sanitizer, a 5 year warranty, and 5 years of free service. I asked the tech about that and he said call in a year for a cleaning, and that meant 5 years of dryer vent cleaning. I have a hard copy of the invoice.
The invoice has two numbers on it: 786-561-2363 and 954-661-6237. Nobody answers and there is no way to leave a message. The email they gave is [email protected]. I can't get ahold of them at all.
