Costco survey email led me to a fake Yeti prize offer

I got this email that looked like it was from Costco, asking me to take a survey for a chance to claim a Yeti beach wagon. So I filled it out and right away it said I was eligible to claim the prize. I should have stopped there but I went ahead because it was a gift I could have actually used.

They made me put in my address and credit card info for shipping and delivery charges. Once I hit submit I knew I got scammed because there was no follow up email or anything. I sent a message to the email I used asking if this was legit and they only replied back today saying bonus or something. But by then they already had my info and charged my credit card days earlier. Lost $13.77 from it.
