Ordered a jacket that never arrived and they lied about it

I ordered a jacket off the website Dutton ranchwear. It didn't come for over a month so I emailed them and they said they would send me another one. I never got the second one either.

The website made it sound like it was made in the USA but when I tracked the order it said it was coming from Italy. Then the second one came from China. When I complained about not getting the 2nd shipped package they told me it was picked up at my local post office and that I need to contact them. They said they delivered my package to the address I gave them.

LIES, all lies. This business is bull [censored] and they are stealing peoples money and getting away with it. I lost $78.74.
