Paid $14,200 for an excavator that never showed up

I found this listing on Google for a 2023 Kubota ko80 excavator and it seemed like a good deal. The guy I talked to said his name was Justin and he promised a 10 day money back guarantee and a 6 month warranty. Seemed legit enough so I went ahead and paid $14,200.

They said a driver named Richard would call two hours before delivery. That call never came. I tried calling the number 1(804) 286-0302 and nobody picks up. Emailed [email protected] and nothing. The address they gave is 919 E main st in Richmond VA but I don't even know if that's real. Just a total waste of my money and time.
