Ordered clothes from dxl.com, never got them or my money back

I placed an order for clothing from dxl.com. They kept telling me the product would be delivered, but it never showed up. Then they said it was delivered, and it definitely wasn't.

I asked for my money back. They offered me a 70% refund, but I never got that either. I tried emailing [email protected] about the $50 that's gone. This has been going on since November of 2025. Nothing.
