Ordered hats months ago and still nothing

I ordered two hats back in February from this place. The website was some Shop app thing. It’s now June and I haven’t gotten anything. I’ve sent a bunch of emails and all I get back is this same form email over and over. No real answer. I’m out 90 bucks and pretty disappointed. The address they had was in Modesto, CA but who knows if that’s real. The phone number they gave was (209) 593-4088. I just wanted my hats.

Emailed back and forth for months about a hat I never got

I bought a hat from this seller a few months back. We emailed a few times but it was always weeks between replies. They said the hat would ship out in late April. That never happened.

I sent a hundred dollars for it. I still don't have the hat and they stopped answering my emails.
