Referral bonus promised but then they said I failed verification
Earnin advertised a referral bonus of 100 dollars. I did everything they asked and so did my mother who I referred. We both did what we were supposed to do.
But now Earnin is saying I failed some verification process. Which is crazy because I passed it to get payday loans up to 100 dollars a week into my bank account. And I passed it enough for them to take back the money I owe plus a fee plus a tip from my account too. But I can't pass the same verification to create a tip jar in the app where the referral bonus gets deposited. That doesn't make any sense and it feels like a scam.
I convinced my mother to use this app and take out a loan to help me out. Now Earnin won't uphold their end of the deal.
