TV ad led me to a fake product order with no way to get my money back
What showed up in the mail was not what was on TV. It was a cheap fake. I tried to use the email [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The phone number they had was (866) 393-3483 and it just rings. The address they gave is 19655 e 35th dr ste 100, Aurora, CO 80011 but I don't even know if that's real.
I paid $294 for this. I just want my money back but there's no company to call. The whole thing feels like a setup.
