Shoes with a defective copper rivet and no return help

I bought two pairs of shoes from Earthing Harmony. One pair didn’t fit so I wanted to return it. The other pair I was going to keep so I wore them around. After about a 20 minute walk the copper rivet on the right shoe started digging into my foot. It’s supposed to be for “grounding” but it’s just painful and defective. The other shoe is fine.

I sent them a request to return both pairs. They gave me the run around through email and now they just stopped replying. I tried a couple of their email addresses and two bounced back. I just want to send both pairs back and get my money back. I saw other reviews saying the same thing about their returns. I paid $226.46.
