Office supply company sent toner we never ordered

This company called my business line at **** Industries from 802-428-4305. They said they had cheaper office supplies than anywhere else and asked what kinds of stuff we usually order. They said they'd send a pamphlet of their products.

Instead of a pamphlet, they sent a whole toner cartridge. Now they're trying to charge us for it. We never agreed to have that shipped. Their number is (866) 543-0446 and their website is www.easternworkplacesolutions.com.

It just doesn't make sense. We didn't ask for the toner.

Invoice showed up for supplies I never ordered after a phone call

They called me from (866) 543-0446 and asked if I wanted a catalog for discounted supplies. I said yes because who doesn't want cheaper stuff. Then out of nowhere they sent an invoice for supplies I never got.

The guy on the phone said they signed me up for a free trial. But then they tried to make me pay for things we never ordered or received. The invoice came from their website www,easternworkplacesolutions.com and their address is 6320 Topanga Cyn Blvd -ste 1630 #764, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

I didn't lose any money because I'm not paying for something I didn't get. But it was just weird how they acted like I owed them for a catalog I never even saw.

Unsolicited package and invoice for ink samples we never agreed to

We got a package in the mail we didn’t ask for. Then an invoice showed up with it. The guy on the phone said it was a free offer for ink samples and catalogs for office supplies, just a trial that wasn’t approved.

Now they’re sending bills. The website is www.easternworkplacesolutions.com and the address is 6320 Topanga Cyn Blvd - Ste 1630 #764, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Phone number is (866) 543-0446.

We never agreed to buy anything. It was supposed to be free samples. No money lost yet but this feels off.

Phone call about free office supplies then got a bill instead

I got a call from someone at Eastern Workplace Solutions. He said they were sending us an office supply catalog and some supplies to try out, and that the supplies were free. He said if we liked them we could order from the catalog later.

Then they sent us an invoice for $244.69. The note on it said it was a 15 day trial and to pay $69.95. That is not what the guy said on the phone at all. He told me they were free and to just order if we wanted more. So now I have this bill I never agreed to.

Fake invoice for printer ink we never ordered

They called my work asking about printer supplies. Once I confirmed there was a contact here, they handed the phone to someone else. I told them we didn’t want any free samples.

Then we got a pack of knock off ink cartridges in the mail with a bill for $460. We are not paying that. We are sending the ink back to the address it came from.

Their website is www.easternworkplacesolutions.com and the phone number is (866) 543-0466. Address they gave is 6320 Topanga Cyn Blvd. - Ste 1630 #764, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

Got a call about free samples, turned into a sneaky trial charge

I got a cold call from someone at Eastern Workplace Solutions. They offered a free catalog and some free samples. I was handed off to another person who started taking my information for the samples.

But then they started calling it a "trial." The way they worded it, they made it sound like they were just sending free stuff. The catch is, it's a trial period where if you don't contact them to say you don't like it, you get billed for everything. There's no way to actually contact the person who signed you up, though. It felt really off.

The whole thing is predatory. They use deceitful wording to trick you.

They sent me cheap office supplies and now want me to pay

I got a call from easternworkplacesolutions.com offering to send sample boxes of office supplies. The person on the phone said I'd get an invoice for $99 but to just ignore it. So I got the box, and the supplies inside were really cheap. I never even used them.

Then I got two invoices in the mail for $99, so I ignored those like they said. Now I'm getting calls from (846) 829-8206 asking for my credit card number to pay. They're saying the $99 would have been refunded if I returned the supplies in 10 days, but I didn't. I was told to ignore the invoice, so I didn't think I had to return anything. This whole thing feels like a trick.
