Ordered a quit-smoking bracelet from EasyBreathe and never got it

I kept seeing ads for EasyBreathe on Facebook for a bracelet that's supposed to help you quit smoking. The ads were constant, with all these comments from people saying it worked for them. It seemed really convincing.

I placed an order on January 3rd. By the 19th, I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed them. They wrote back the next day saying they were sending my complaint to another department to figure out why I didn't get my order. They never said what department.

That was it. I never heard back from them after that. The only thing they did was take my money.
