Ordered signs and never got my money back after they said ACH didn't go through

I placed an order on easysignswholesale.com and they told me my ACH payment was not accepted. So I figured okay fine I will just get my money back or do something else. But they never did the reverse ACH or whatever it is called to put the money back.

I been waiting and nothing happened. I called and emailed [email protected] but no one really helped. Their address is 4108 3RD AVE in Brooklyn NY 11232. I lost $2928 on this and I just want my money back. It doesn't make sense that they can take the payment but then say it didn't go through and keep the money anyway.
