Website and email wanted money for a crate that made no sense

I got an email from [email protected] about a shipment. They said I needed to pay for a temperature control crate because of the weather. But the trip was only one day and the weather was fine.

They kept saying they would not send the package unless I paid a deposit for this crate first. I told them it didn't make sense but they just refused. The website is Easytrackparcel.com. I did not send them any money.
