Promised a loan if I paid fees, then nothing

I got a call from someone saying they could get me a $57000 loan. All I had to do was pay the processing fees first. So I sent them money. Then they said I needed to pay more fees. I ended up sending several thousand dollars.

The loan never came. I finally just asked for my money back and they said I had to pay even more to get a refund. I already lost $8000 to these people. The number they called from was (302) 753-6164 and they said their address was 6520 Indian River Road in Virginia Beach.

I looked into it and there is no record of this business in Virginia. They also lied about having an A+ rating with the BBB. Total scam.
