Hired them for a carport and the metal started rusting in months
The final product is just full of problems. The metal framing started to rust after just a few months, every bar has streaks of rust on it. The touch up paint where they welded doesn't match the rest. And when it rains water leaks right through the roof. I sent them videos and pictures of all this whenever they asked for it.
I have been calling their customer service for almost a year now trying to get this fixed under warranty. Every time I fill out the warranty work order like they ask and call them they just tell me I am on the schedule. Now they stopped answering calls and emails completely. No one has ever given me a specific date to fix anything. Total waste of money.
