Lost $800 on a motorcycle deal through Facebook and Ebay motors

I was trying to buy a motorcycle off Facebook Messenger. I was talking to a lady named Melissa in Colorado. She said she was having Ebay motors handle the motorcycle deal so everything would be straight up. I contacted Ebay motors, they said yes, that was Neil. I sent them $2400 in green dot money cards. The total I lost was $800. Now they're wanting some money for insurance they said was free. So I stopped it and asked for my money back. Now they keep hanging the phone up on me.
