Debit of $39.99 for a company I never heard of

I got a notification about a debit of $2.00 on my account. I thought it was for something I just bought online. But when I checked my bank statement, it showed a charge for $39.99 from a company called EBKreads. I have never heard of them.

I didn't buy anything from them. I didn't sign up for anything. The phone number they have is (866) 488-1609 and they list an address in GA. I lost $39.99 and I have no idea how they got my card info.
