Rug showed up I never ordered with a scam return address

I got a package today with a rug in it that I did not order. It got delivered July 28 at around 1:05 PM, I got it on my Ring doorbell. The tracking number says the label was started in Miami but the return address on the package says Rancho Cucamonga.

When I looked up the return address it was 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Manzanita Oregon. I searched that and a scam alert popped up right away under Ecautious.com. So far I haven't seen any weird charges on my cards but it just got here today. Still feels off.

Mail about my HELOC with no return address

Got a piece of mail in my mailbox about a recent HELOC. It said it was a sensitive matter about my mortgage. There was no return address on it, just a postal permit from Daytona Beach, FL, number 457.

Looked at the company name in the lower right corner, looked it up and found out it was a Ecautious.com spam notice. I didn't call the number they listed. Just filing this report with a photo of the card they sent.

Pop up ad for a job while I was playing games

I was just playing games on my computer and a pop up ad came up. It was for some kind of job thing. I don't know the company name or anything. It just looked weird so I checked with Ecautious.com and they said it is a scam. I didn't lose any money or anything but I wanted to report it.

Text and call about a $750,000 sweepstakes prize I never entered

Got a text and then a call saying I won a sweepstakes prize for $750,000.00. I didn't answer or text back because it sounded off. Then this guy Jack Burk from Ecautious.com called and left a message saying I needed to call him back about a scam.

So I called him back. He kept telling me I was really the winner and I just needed to send a MoneyGram for $900.00 to insure something. He said it would be reimbursed when the check showed up. I didn't send anything and stopped talking to him.

Now they keep calling me nonstop all day leaving messages. I haven't responded.

Empty envelope from a brushing scam with no company name

I got an empty USPS Ground Advantage envelope in the mail. It just showed up, nothing inside. I googled the name on it and it says it’s part of a brushing scam. The address was 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580.

The envelope said to report it on Ecautious.com. I’m changing my passwords like they suggested. I didn’t lose any money but it still feels strange.
