Ordered a top in June and never got it

I ordered a top from echelonuavs on June 11th. They told me my order was delivered and complete on or around June 23. I still haven't received it and have reached out to them about it. As of June 25, they still haven't responded at all. Their website is https://www.echelonuavs.com and their email is [email protected], address is 54B Blackstock RD, Inman, SC 29349. Phone number is 608 658 6606. I lost $26.96 on this.
