Fake obituary page selling flowers I couldn't even get delivered

I found out Echovita put up an obituary for someone I know. It was all fake, just made up to sell flowers and candles and memorial stuff. The flowers part goes through Blooms Today so I called them and they told me they couldnt deliver to my area. I asked for a refund and they said no.

There is no way to call Echovita about this fake obit. Their phone number is (800) 520-0573 but nobody picks up. Their website is echovita.com and email is [email protected] but I sent messages and got nothing back. I lost $130.00 on this.
