Paid thirteen thousand for business never started

I was told this would get me started in a business. He asked for my credit card number and I gave it to him thinking I would start my own business. That was back in October 2025.

Since then I am being charged $99.99 each month. I tried the phone number on my bill but I cannot reach a person. I have yet to start anything. I am unable to find any information on this company at all. He knew the info on all my cards and now they keep adding the $99.99 each month. I lost $13,000.
