Call from someone saying they were FTC after my computer was hacked

My computer got hacked and I called the number that popped up for Microsoft to fix it. Then I get a call from a guy named Edgar Coleman with a foreign accent, he said he was with the Federal Trade Commission and needed my routing and account numbers to help fix everything that got hacked.

I gave him the info and he said he was going to help me change my SSN. That's when I started getting suspicious, I stopped answering questions and just hung up.
