Ordered cross stitch kits, got the wrong supplies and can't return them

I placed an order from Eettsy.com for three cross stitch kits. They were supposed to have the fabric, the right color floss, needles, and the pattern with instructions.

What I got was completely wrong. The fabric wasn't cross stitch fabric, it was just stamped canvas. The floss colors didn't match the chart. They weren't cross stitch needles. And there was no pattern or instructions, just a picture. On top of that, it took almost two months to even get the order.

I've tried to return them. I followed all their instructions, sent the pictures they asked for, jumped through every hoop. Nothing has happened. They have policies about returns but they aren't following them. I'm out the $72 I paid.

Paid for denture plates from Eettsy.com and never got anything

I ordered from Eettsy.com back on March 7th. It was supposed to be two sets of denture plates for the price of one. I paid for priority shipping and everything.

I never received a single thing. Not the plates, nothing. The money just came out of my account and that was it.

I'm out $58.00 from this. I tried the email they have, [email protected], but got no reply. It's just a complete loss.
