Phone call about a complaint with a case number I never heard of

I got a call from someone saying her name was Lisa with EF processing. She said they got a complaint about me or someone named Miranda Perlux and gave me a case number 774521. She said documents were being prepared and I had to be home to sign for them. Then she said if they couldn't reach me at home they'd try my job.

She said to stop whatever action from happening I needed to call 844-698-2055 right away. She kept repeating the number. Then she said the call was recorded as proof. I never heard of any of this before. I didn't lose any money but it felt weird because they didn't say what company they were really from.
