Got charged by Effecto for something I never signed up for

I just saw two charges on my PayPal for $25.99 and $99.99. They were listed under the name Effecto or Medical Score. I never subscribed to anything from them. I never gave permission for these charges.

This company doesn't have a phone number listed anywhere. No website either. The only contact is an email address, [email protected]. That's it. I didn't sign up for any service and they took money from my account.
