Ordered a flameless lighter that was supposed to be weatherproof

I saw this really impressive introduction for a new flameless lighter. They said it could withstand any weather, wind and water. Sounded great so I ordered one.

All they asked for was my name, address, and my American Express card number. No other personal details or anything. I figured it was fine.

Now I’m out $115.00. I never got the lighter. The only contact info I have is the email [email protected] and a phone number (888) 852-0196. They had a website too, something like eighter X or Instagram. I don’t know. Just feels like I got taken.
