Ordered dresses from a moving sale and got cheap knockoffs from China

I found this website eleanorvivienne.com and they said they were based out of New York City and having a big moving sale to clear out their warehouse inventory. So I bought 2 dresses. Cost me $139.92 total.

Then when I got the tracking it was coming from China. Took about 2 months to show up. The dresses are nothing like the pictures. Cheap fabric, poor stitching, just bad quality. I emailed [email protected] saying I wanted a refund because I wasn't happy. They said I have to pay another $30 per dress to send them back to China or they'd only give me 20% back. That's it.
