Charged me twice and won't refund the extra money

I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. Right away, I saw they took two payments from my account - one for $17.99 and another for $15.78. My order was only supposed to be $25.98 total.

I requested a cancellation and refund immediately. I've sent a bunch of emails since then. They keep saying they'll look into it, but nothing gets fixed. It's not resolved at all.

I had to report it to my bank and cancel my debit card. I also reported it to PayPal, but I have to wait to file a claim. This company seems to use a few different names like Electronicw, Crimsonshop, and Banbain. It's clearly a scam.
