Charged for a car kit I never got, then got another charge from the same address.

I was supposed to get a mini car emergency kit for $11.94. It had a flashlight and jumper cables and some other stuff. The money came out of my account but I never got the kit. I want that $11.94 back since I never received anything.

Then I see a new charge on my account for $54.95. It's from some place called ElectroSparkFusionSupply. The address is the exact same one: 876 Hunters Ridge Drive, Genoa City, WI 53128. I don't know anything about this second company and I didn't get anything from them either. It's the same address.
