Ordered a solar kit, took my money and no communication

I ordered a solar system kit from eleganthomeusa.com. This is the exact kit I bought.

They took my money and I have gotten zero communication from them. I tried emailing [email protected], using the chat, and calling over and over. I have nothing that shows a shipping date or even that they are processing my order.

They do not return emails or phone calls. I can't even find a physical address for this company.
