Ordered a BBQ and got nothing but a fake tracking number

I ordered a BBQ from this site eleganthomeusa.com for $1600. They gave me a tracking ID but the info on it looked weird, didn't make sense like it was fake. The BBQ never showed up. I sent emails and left voicemails but nobody ever got back to me. Finally I called my credit card company and they disputed the charge and I got my money back. The address they had was in Henderson, NV. Total scam.

Ordered an attic lift and now the website is gone

I ordered an attic lift from Eleganthomeusa.com and got a confirmation email right away. Then they sent another email saying there was a delay because they had too many orders.

After a while I got a tracking email and it said the item was shipping. I could track it for a bit but it took forever and then the tracking link just stopped working. I tried emailing the seller and the tracking company but both emails bounced back saying the server could not be connected. Now the whole website is gone and I cannot reach anyone. I lost $1794.24 on this.

Ordered a solar kit, took my money and no communication

I ordered a solar system kit from eleganthomeusa.com. This is the exact kit I bought.

They took my money and I have gotten zero communication from them. I tried emailing [email protected], using the chat, and calling over and over. I have nothing that shows a shipping date or even that they are processing my order.

They do not return emails or phone calls. I can't even find a physical address for this company.
