Ordered hats from Facebook ad but got cheap knockoffs instead
When it came time for delivery I got poor quality knock offs. Not even close to what I ordered. They just sent whatever they could find, a total other cap not what was shown on the site for the price I paid.
I asked customer service for a full refund. They keep trying to get me to accept $40 instead of the full $115.67. I emailed them at [email protected] but they won't give me my money back.
